Request for fact check about

Jangan minum sesudah olah raga.
Tapi minum dulu sejam atau dua jam sebelum olah raga.
Agar detak jantung tidak terlalu cepat.
Dan olah raga tidak boleh berlebihan , karena bisa merusak liver.
Jadi rutin olah raga tp tidak berlebihan.

Dan setelah olah raga tidak boleh langsung duduk atau berbaring.
Cooling down dng berjalan pelan pelan saja.
